Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Area

We ship to all countries within the European Economic Area (EEA), including but not limited to Germany, Austria, Czech Republic, France, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria, Denmark, Ireland, Luxembourg, Belgium, Greece, and Poland.

2. Shipping Methods

Our orders are shipped using reliable courier services:

  • InPost International – Locker delivery (Paczkomat®)
  • DPD Courier – Home delivery
  • DPD Pickup – Pickup point or parcel locker

3. Order Processing Times

We dispatch orders on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed:

  • Before 15:00 CET (UTC+1) – are shipped the same day via DPD
  • Before 17:00 CET – are shipped the same day via InPost

Orders placed after these cut-off times will be shipped on the next business day.

4. Delivery Times

Average delivery time within the EU/EEA is between 2 to 7 working days, depending on the destination country and shipping method chosen.

5. Tracking

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor the status of your delivery.

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees vary by destination country and selected delivery method. All applicable shipping costs are clearly displayed during the checkout process before payment is completed.

We do not charge any hidden or additional fees. The price you see in your order summary is the final price.

7. Delays and Liability

We are not liable for any delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control (e.g. customs delays, strikes, weather, etc.). We do our best to ensure your order reaches you on time, but final responsibility for the delivery lies with the shipping provider.

8. Undelivered Parcels / Return to Sender

If the parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address, failure to collect, or any other issue caused by the recipient, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping or will have the original shipping cost deducted from the refund amount (if applicable).

By placing an order, you agree to cover any shipping costs resulting from failed delivery attempts.

9. Changes to Shipping Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will not affect orders already placed before the update date.
