Return & Complaint Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

Our temporary tattoos are classified as hygiene products. Due to their nature, returns are not accepted if the packaging has been opened or tampered with after delivery.

If the product is in its original, unopened condition, consumers residing within the European Economic Area (EEA) have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery, without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, please contact us via the live chat in the bottom-left corner of the website. Products must be returned at the customer’s expense to the following address:

The product must be complete, unused, and returned in its original, sealed packaging. Please include your order number and your refund bank details with the return.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item if all conditions above are met.

2. Complaints

If you receive a defective product (e.g., the tattoo does not stain the skin, the print is incorrect), you are entitled to submit a complaint in accordance with European consumer protection regulations.

To file a complaint, please contact us via the live chat on our website and provide the following:

• Your order number
• Detailed description of the issue
• Photos clearly showing the defect
• Explanation of how the tattoo was applied (according to the instructions)

Complaints are reviewed within 14 days. If approved, we may offer:

• A replacement of the product, or
• A full refund to your bank account

We reserve the right to deny complaints caused by improper use of the product (e.g., incorrect application, improper storage, exposure to cosmetics or chemicals during the staining process).

3. Final Provisions

If the customer fails to respond to our messages related to a return or complaint for more than 14 days, the returned item will be disposed of.

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will not affect orders placed prior to the update.

In matters not covered by this policy, the applicable laws of the European Union and the law of the country where the consumer resides shall apply.
