Terms & Conditions – SafeTatt Europe

Last updated: 16 September 2026

1. Seller

The SafeTatt Europe online store at safetatt.eu is operated by INKCODE SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, ul. Kukułcza 16, 65-472 Zielona Góra, Poland, KRS: 0001260943, NIP: 9292096826, REGON: 545497033, share capital: PLN 5,000. Contact: help@safetatt.eu.

2. Scope

These Terms govern use of the Store and distance sales between the Seller and customers. They are available in a form that can be saved and reproduced.

3. Prices and Product Information

Prices are displayed in the currency assigned to the customer's market or selected in the Store. Taxes are included where required by applicable law. Any delivery charge is shown before the order is submitted.

Where a price reduction is announced to EU consumers, the Store will provide the legally required reference to the lowest price applied during the relevant prior period.

Product photographs are illustrative. Minor differences in appearance may result from screens, photography, skin tone, application and normal product variation.

4. Orders and Contract Formation

An order is placed through the checkout process. The customer is informed before submitting the order that placing it creates an obligation to pay. The sales contract is concluded when the Seller confirms acceptance of the order by email or otherwise clearly accepts it.

5. Payment

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may include payment cards, local electronic payments, PayPal or other methods depending on the customer's market. Payment services may be provided by third parties.

6. Delivery

Delivery methods, prices and expected times are shown at checkout. Depending on the destination, available methods may include DPD courier services, DPD Pickup, InPost International or other carriers. See the Shipping Policy for details.

7. Right of Withdrawal

A consumer generally has 14 days from delivery of goods to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. The withdrawal may be sent to help@safetatt.eu.

The consumer must return the goods within 14 days after notifying the Seller of withdrawal. The consumer bears the direct cost of return unless the Seller agrees otherwise or the consumer was not properly informed of that cost.

The Seller reimburses payments received, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered, within 14 days after being informed of the withdrawal. The Seller may withhold reimbursement until the goods are received or the consumer provides evidence of return, whichever occurs first.

The right of withdrawal does not apply where an applicable statutory exception applies, including clearly personalized goods and sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken after delivery.

8. Conformity of Goods and Complaints

For consumer sales, the Seller is responsible under applicable consumer law for lack of conformity of the goods with the contract. EU rules provide a minimum two-year legal guarantee for defective or non-conforming goods, subject to applicable national law.

Complaints may be submitted at help@safetatt.eu or via Store chat and should, where possible, include the order number, description of the issue and requested remedy. We respond within the period required by applicable law.

9. Use of Products

Products should be used in accordance with instructions and warnings. This provision does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

10. Personal Data and Marketing

Personal data is processed as described in the Privacy Policy. Electronic marketing is sent only where permitted by law and according to the customer's choices. Marketing consent is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time.

11. Intellectual Property

Store content, product photography, graphics, logos, text and other materials are owned by or licensed to INKCODE and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms for legal, technical or organizational reasons. Changes do not adversely alter the terms applicable to an order already concluded unless required by law or agreed with the customer.

13. Applicable Law and Consumer Disputes

Polish law applies, without depriving consumers in another country of mandatory protections granted by the law that would otherwise apply to them.

Consumers may use available out-of-court dispute-resolution bodies. The former European Commission Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform is no longer in operation. Information about recognized consumer dispute-resolution bodies is available through the European Commission's Consumer Redress resources and national consumer authorities.
