Returns, Withdrawal & Refund Policy

1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer purchasing at a distance in the EU/EEA, you generally have 14 days from the day you receive the goods to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason.

To withdraw, send a clear statement to help@safetatt.eu within the 14-day period. You may use the model form below, but it is not mandatory.

2. Returning Goods

After notifying us of withdrawal, return the goods within 14 days. Contact us before shipping so that we can provide the current return instructions and logistics address. Do not send a return to the registered office unless we instruct you to do so.

You bear the direct return shipping cost unless we agree otherwise or applicable law requires us to bear it.

3. Condition of Returned Goods

You may inspect goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. You may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary for such inspection.

4. Hygiene Exception

Where SafeTatt products are delivered sealed and are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons after unsealing, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply once that seal has been broken. This exception does not affect rights relating to defective, damaged or non-conforming goods.

5. Refund

We refund payments received, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered for the order, within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or you provide proof that they were sent back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds are made using the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed.

6. Defective or Non-Conforming Goods

If a product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise not in conformity with the contract, contact help@safetatt.eu. Statutory consumer remedies apply. For qualifying defects, return or replacement costs are borne by the Seller as required by law.

7. Model Withdrawal Form

Complete and send this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.
